GS-12: To be eligible for this position at this grade level, you must have one (1) year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-11 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position includes:Experience with the development and promotion of materials to customers or internal/external stakeholders, through the planning and implementation of marketing and communication plans, to inform and educate customers, taxpayers, and/or partners on various matters;Experience with marketing principles and techniques to assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing plans and programs;Experience with promotional methods and media choices;Experience developing leveraged partnerships;Experience with written and oral communication to deliver presentations and written products.For more information on qualifications please refer to
