Senior Consultant, Higher Education - Workday

Overview:

BerryDunn is seeking an experienced professional to join our Management and IT Practice Group's Higher Education Practice. Our Higher Education Practice focuses on providing management consulting services to colleges, universities, and other higher education organizations. Services we provide include system implementation advisory services, strategic planning, vendor selection, project management, change management, process improvement, and software optimization.

You will work with higher education clients on Workday enterprise software projects with a focus on providing subject matter experience on Workday Student implementations. You will report into senior leaders on the Consulting Team, and you may work onsite in one of our regional offices, remotely anywhere in the U.S, or in a hybrid in-office/remote setting.

Travel Expectations:

Travel to client sites can range up to 50%.

You Will:

Deliver BerryDunn services to clients in the higher education sector, with a focus on enterprise administrative systems like Workday.

Help clients advance their implementation, adoption, and maturity of their business and administrative operations.

Provide advisory services to clients about Workday Student processes, configuration, testing, and training.

Provide advisory service to clients about Workday data management, reporting, and dashboards.

Work with higher education administrators, IT service providers, and educators to help them understand Workday Student capabilities.

Provide expertise in, but not limited to, Workday Student workflow design, testing, training, and go live support.

Advise on decision-making processes on behalf of our clients within established governance structures.

You Have:

5+ years experience in Higher Education, consulting, and/or vendor experience.

Direct experience implementing Workday Student.

Experience providing assessment, advisory, or other services to clients.

Professional integrity and cultural sensitivity.

Curiosity and creativity.

Experience with higher education administrative functions.

Experience and familiarity with Workday in a Higher Education environment.

Experience with analytical tools such as Excel.

Practical experience in one or more of the following areas:

Strategy or strategic planning.

Project Management.

Organizational restructuring/transformation.

Administrative operations.

Organizational Change Management.

Deep knowledge of reporting needs for higher education institutions.

Compensation Details:

The base salary range targeted for this role is $90,000 - $120,000. This salary range represents BerryDunn’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. If an applicant possesses experience, education, or other qualifications in excess of the minimum requirements for this posting, that applicant is encouraged to apply and a final salary range may then be based on those additional qualifications; compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, years of experience, depth of experience, seniority, merit, education, training, amount of travel, and other relevant business considerations.
