The Probo Medical LLC Director of Strategic Solutions (West Region) will be responsible for developing and implementing contracts that support growth strategies across all Probo Medical business units. The Director of Strategic Solutions will work synergistically with the Directors or VPs of Equipment Sales, VP of Transducers and Parts, VP of DI equipment sales, VP of Service Sales, and SVP of Enterprise Sales to develop, promote and execute customized contracting strategy for key IDNS and Asset Management accounts. Key responsibilities include cross-functional solution development, comprehensive contracting strategies, negotiations, regular business reviews, driving revenue and Probo Medical growth initiatives, shepherding contract compliance, and facilitating growth while preserving margins.
As a Director of Strategic Solutions at Probo Medical LLC, you will be responsible for managing key account relationships across various purchasing organizations, including independent service organizations, integrated delivery networks, and asset management organizations. Your primary focus will be on overseeing the overall profitability and growth of these accounts, developing and executing account profitability strategies across Probo Medical LLC's business units.

Responsibilities:
Initiates and develops relationships with key stakeholders across health systems, IDNs, aggregator groups, and GPOs.Strategic Account Management: Determine the overall direction for strategic accounts, understand the competitive landscape, market insights, and effectively communicate with key internal and external stakeholders.Increases awareness and adoption of Probo Medical comprehensive value proposition and equipment solutions.Owns the sales process end to end from lead origination to closure.Offerings development and pricing strategies.Works in close collaboration with equipment, operations, and delivery partners to ensure client needs are met and internal processes are optimized.Develops specialized knowledge of market dynamics influencing Medical Imaging and HTM (Healthcare Technology Management) and serves as a thought leader internally and externally.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree and Minimum 7+ years of sales, marketing, or services experience in healthcare.Previous executive selling, consultative, or outcomes-based sales experience.Ability to travel and willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate needs of customers.Familiarity with Healthcare Technology Management, Clinical Engineering, Imaging, and Biomedical services within a health system.
Desired Characteristics:
Executive level presence including strong oral and written communication skills.Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems while working collaboratively cross-functionally within an organization.Working knowledge of medical imaging services pricing, strategies, marketing, and promotions.
