Conduct thorough intake interviews with potential clients to gather key case details.Analyze the facts of each case to determine legal viability and provide initial insights on claim strength.Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients, answering questions and addressing concerns with professionalism and empathy.Manage the intake process from the initial client contact to case acceptance, ensuring all required documentation is completed.Schedule consultations and maintain communication with potential clients to ensure timely follow-up.Collaborate with attorneys and staff to brief them on new cases and ensure a seamless transition to case handling.Maintain detailed records of all intake activities in the firm’s case management system.Provide exceptional customer service to prospective clients, ensuring a positive experience throughout the intake process.Requirements:
Active license to practice law in California (must be in good standing with the California Bar).Experience in personal injury or medical malpractice law (preferred).Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain legal issues to non-lawyers.Compassionate and patient demeanor when dealing with clients in difficult situations.Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage a high volume of leads efficiently.Proficiency in using case management software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.Keen attention to detail and strong analytical skills for accurate case assessments.Education:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.Certifications:
Licensed to practice law in California (required).Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple client leads and intake processes simultaneously.Proficiency in legal technology tools, including case management systems and CRM platforms.Analytical thinking with a focus on detail-oriented legal assessments.Ability to maintain a compassionate, client-focused approach.Location:
