We are seeking a dedicated Chief Executive Assistant to work closely with our dynamic CEO, who is known for his innovative solutions and unwavering commitment to client satisfaction. If you have a passion for providing high-level executive support and possess a worldly perspective, we want to hear from you!About the Role:Act as the CEO's right-hand person, handling day-to-day administrative matters with efficiency.Manage a complex and ever-changing calendar, prioritizing urgent emails and crafting thoughtful responses on behalf of the CEO.Coordinate both domestic and international travel arrangements, creating detailed itineraries for professional and personal trips.Engage with internal and external stakeholders while assisting the CEO in preparing for meetings, including the development of collateral materials and conducting research.Attend meetings alongside the CEO (locally and via video) as required, ensuring follow-up on action items.Oversee management of multiple personal properties.Plan and coordinate events and dinners for both client meetings and personal engagements.Handle expense reporting and various ad hoc projects to support the CEO.Provide off-hour availability via cell phone to assist the CEO, within reasonable limits.Assist with personal tasks such as running errands, updating car registrations, etc.What We Offer:Competitive salary with a discretionary bonus structure.Comprehensive health benefits.Generous annual leave of 4 weeks.Who You Are:A minimum of 8 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-suite executives.Bachelor's Degree required.A detail-oriented professional who can adapt quickly and work autonomously while anticipating needs.Demonstrated integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.High emotional and intellectual intelligence, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with experience managing complex calendars across multiple time zones.Some experience in property management, ideally with multiple homes.A worldly perspective, with travel experience being a plus.This is a full-time position located in our new office in Stamford. The CEO travels approximately two weeks each month, providing flexibility to work remotely during those periods.
