Adding to our Supply Chain Practice we are looking for one Senior MM/QM consultant
The person will be responsible for implementing our RDS solutions and Consulting Services for automotive suppliers along with a team of consultants. This will include creating project plans, setting goals and timelines with the customer, ensuring the timely completion of the project with assistance from the team, and managing the scope and customer expectations at all times during the project.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Configuration, functional design, data analysis and testing experience in SAP MM/QM Familiar with organizational units and structures Understand all activities involved with logistics processing Automotive and/or manufacturing experience Work with Delivery Assurance to ensure compliance with agreed-to checkpoints Help mentor new Consultants Ensure the client takes advantage of pmc best practices Ensure the client is reference-able once the client is in production Participate in update training and other events that help share one’s product skills with other consultants Provide the Engagement Manager with status reports and keep them apprised of overall project status Understand pmc’s Implementation Methodology and use it on all engagements Complete the work assigned to you by the Engagement Manager within the budgeted time allocated
REQUIRED JOB SKILLS:
The ability to communicate successfully verbally and in writing with customers, end users, and team members 3-5 years of professional experience working in the North American business environment Actively involved in three full end-to-end SAP implementations Involvement with IT project management Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team Ability to manage expectations, project scope, and assess client needs to suggest best possible solutions Ability to create, manage, communicate, and meet project timelines and goals SAP experience including configuration and impact/integration to our other SAP modules Business Process analysis and implementation of logistics concepts Willingness to travel to client sites Bachelor’s degree
