Job Title: Mid-Level Litigation Associate Attorney
Job Overview:
A prestigious law firm located in Seattle, WA, is currently seeking a mid-level Litigation Associate Attorney with 2-4 years of practical experience to join its dynamic team. The firm emphasizes practical solutions, innovative strategies, and persuasive advocacy, actively working within various industries to address both regulatory and business challenges. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the firm’s litigation practice and will be expected to handle complex legal matters from the start.Duties:
Provide legal representation and advocacy in litigation matters.Conduct thorough legal research and draft clear, persuasive briefs, motions, and other legal documents.Participate in court hearings, depositions, and client meetings.Collaborate with a team of attorneys to develop case strategies and litigation plans.Advise clients on litigation risks and possible outcomes.Manage a caseload with multiple litigation cases simultaneously.Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored legal solutions.Requirements:
2-4 years of experience in litigation practice.Strong research and writing skills.Ability to work under pressure and exercise sound judgment.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Capacity to manage and meet deadlines across multiple cases.Collaborative team player with the ability to also work independently when necessary.Education:
Juris Doctorate (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.Certifications:
Licensed to practice law in Washington State (Washington State Bar membership required).Skills:
