Position SummaryThe Regional Coordinator (West Ohio Region) is a full time telework position in Ohio. Regional Coordinators develop and execute OhioRISE engagement activities in priority communities. This position serves as the OhioRISE Plan's primary points of contact for ODM-approved improvement efforts involving community-based organizations and requiring community outreach and active involvement in priority communities (e.g., juvenile detention diversion initiatives or reduction in efforts to reduce out–of-home placements). Serves as the OhioRISE Plan's dedicated contact for county or local child serving agencies.

Responsibilities

Attends or oversees OhioRISE Plan attendance at community events in priority communities (e.g., trainings; County Alcohol Drug and Mental Health Boards [ADAMH], Boards of Developmental Disability, PCSA, Family and Children First Councils, Juvenile Courts, and School District meetings; and racism dialogues).

Responsible for providing guidance and direction to external vendors, external consultants, consulting team members and/or matrixed staff as required in support of initiatives.

Accountable for transferring knowledge, best practices (external and internal), methodology and tools to client organizations. Regional Coordinators routinely travel to member homes, other member locations, and provider locations.

Drives or guides development of holistic solutions and/or key strategic plans.

Proactively identifies opportunities for improvement and independently influences business leader(s) to act or change behavior through negotiations and/or consultation that promotes issue resolution.

Communicates compelling and concise results to empower client groups in decision making regarding initiative opportunities.

Fully integrates baseline and metrics tracking into initiative planning and execution for optimal results.

Shares joint accountability for initiative’s return on investment.

Drives or guides engagement using a disciplined repeatable methodology.

Designs, develops interventions and facilitates work sessions.

Develops and delivers all required analysis, reporting and presentation materials.

Gathers, analyzes and synthesizes business intelligence to drive achievement of strategic business objectives.

Facilitates diverse internal and external networks, as appropriate, for data gathering and best practice identification.

Leverages internal and external networking to drive optimal initiative results and knowledge/best practice transfer.

Specific to the OhioRISE contract, responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Provide in-person communication with ODM or other state agency funded community-based organizations to bolster the presence of the OhioRISE Plan as a collaborative and trusted partner of the community-based organization and supporter of the ODM initiative.

Coordinate training for county or local child-serving entities regarding the roles and responsibilities of the OhioRISE Plan and the CMEs.

Collaborate with the CMEs to identify service and resource gaps in local communities and assist state and local child-serving agencies in addressing those gaps.

Collaborate with MCO's Regional Coordinators to collectively strategize and address community concerns.

Coordinate the tracking and submission of process measures, as needed, related to OhioRISE Plan's improvement efforts in communities (e.g., reductions in out-of-home placements).

Promote the referral of members to community-based organizations when services are provided that will promote better outcomes.

Respond to ODM inquiries related to OhioRISE Plan's community engagement activities.

Build alliances with family- and youth-run organizations to strengthen family and youth voice in OhioRISE Plan's operations.

Required Qualifications

Minimum two years' experience in a setting that includes services or management of multi-system youth, work with local/community systems of care, and knowledge of Ohio's child-serving systems.

Computer literate; demonstrated proficiency with MS Office Suite applications.

Must have reliable transportation, valid/active driver’s license, and proof of vehicle insurance.

Flexibility to work outside core business hours, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, is required.

Preferred Qualifications

5+ years’ experience with several of the following methodologies: management consulting, project consulting, business process consulting, financial analysis, business planning, and/or risk management consulting.

Demonstrated leadership with relevant initiatives: Business process, enterprise business project management/consulting, financial strategic planning and analysis, business planning, risk management.

Experience with enterprise-wide and/or cross-functional large-scale initiatives.

Demonstrated relationship management skills; quickly build and maintain credible relationships at varying levels of the organization.

Exceptional facilitation and communication skills (verbal, written, presentation).

Analytical and planning skills.

Negotiation/influencing skills.

Critical thinking skills.

Education

College degree or equivalent work experience.

Master’s degree preferred, but not required.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is: $67,900.00 - $149,328.00. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
