As a Project Manager at Studio+, you will be the driving force behind successful project delivery, balancing client satisfaction, team leadership, and design excellence. You'll direct internal project teams, manage client expectations, and coordinate all parties involved in the project. THIS ROLE REQUIRES SIGNIFICANT EXPERIENCE IN HEALTHCARE DESIGN. BELOW ARE GENERAL PROJECT MANAGER QUALIFICATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES.

Qualifications:

Bachelor of Architecture (B. Arch) or Master of Architecture (M. Arch) degree from an accredited institution preferredMinimum of 3-7 years of demonstrated success in project and client leadership rolesCurrent architectural license and NCARB certification highly preferredProven track record of leading project teams and exceeding client expectationsComprehensive understanding of project delivery from concept through closeoutProficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office applicationsIn-depth knowledge of architectural principles, industry practices, and A/E firm operationsThorough understanding of building materials, construction methods, codes, and regulationsExceptional organizational, time management, and leadership skillsStrong accountability for meeting project objectives, including profitability and design excellenceExcellent collaborative and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with diverse teams and clientsKey Responsibilities:

Lead and manage project teams of varying sizes and disciplines, leveraging individual strengthsEnsure project completion on time, within budget, and to Studio+ quality standardsServe as primary client contact, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring satisfactionOversee project financials, including budgeting, invoicing, and profitability trackingEnforce Studio+ objectives, policies, and procedures throughout project lifecycleAssist in preparing fee proposals and contracts with clients and consultantsProvide mentorship and professional development opportunities for team membersImplement quality assurance and control processes for all assigned projectsCoordinate with Studio+ Principals on project staffing and resource allocationIdentify new business opportunities aligned with Studio+ strategic growth objectivesMaintain comprehensive project documentation and communicationConduct regular project status reviews and report to Studio+ PrincipalsRemain intimately involved in design documents, ready to assume any project role as neededProfessional Development:
