Basic Qualifications:
Must be 21 years of age or olderMust possess a valid, unexpired driver's licenseNo experience required and on the job training providedNo high school diploma, GED or college degree required.
Preferred Qualifications:
One (1) year of similar work experience.
Responsibilities:
Cleans and maintains rental cars by vacuuming, cleaning windows, wiping down interior and utilizing air freshenerFollows procedures for the use of chemical cleaners in order to prevent damageMay remove stains from carpet and other interior surfaces using chemicals and cleaning solutionsGathers and empties trashMonitors building security and safety by performing such tasks as locking doors after operating hours and possibly checking electrical appliance use to ensure that hazards are not createdDrives vehicles while in the course of performing cleaning workNotify management concerning the need for minor or major repairs or additions to facilityEstablish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with clients, co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, managers, etc.Comply with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities
