At ST Engineering MRAS, we are also rapidly augmenting our maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) capabilities leveraging the company’s expanded aircraft nacelle portfolio as well as it’s materials and processing expertise.Who YOU are and what YOU can become:You would be leading the engineering team and managing the manufacturing activities to support an exciting new development project. It includes providing leadership and co-ordination of the engineering team assigned to the program to support design and engineering documentation, and to support the fabrication team in fabrication and assembly of a test article. In addition, you would be interfacing with the customer and internal senior staff to co-ordinate all engineering activities.What YOU will do:Responsible for developing and managing cross functional product focused programs.Manages the project and interfaces with partners, contractors, suppliers, customers and internal functions.Manages program resource and budget allocation/integration.Engineering lead and focal for the program.Responsible for the planning and execution of all Engineering deliverables to support qualification, certification, and production of Nacelle hardware to agreed technical specifications, schedule, and budget.Develops, maintains, and communicates; priorities and executable plans for a diverse domestic and global team to support internal business and Customer requirements.Supports monthly Engineering Operations reviews with; variance assessments, corrective action, updated Forecast (budget and resource), key risks/abatements, and help needed.Manage an integrated master schedule (IMS) with inputs from the team and provide assessment of multiple critical path(s).Develop action plans with guidance to respond to issues/problems.What YOU must bring to Succeed:Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent technical degree from an accredited university or college.Minimum of 5 additional years of engineering experience.Desired CharacteristicsExperience in leading technical programs in the Aerospace industry.Strong oral and written communication skills.Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.Ability to influence others and lead small teams.Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.Effective problem identification and solution skills.Proven analytical and organizational ability.Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.At ST Engineering, we offer

ST Engineering considers several factors with extending job offers, including but not limited to candidates’ key skills, relevant work experience, education/training/certification, job level, and work location.
