We are looking for Mail Inserter Operators to join our team. Mail Inserter Operators must read and understand the job instructions, ensure the use of correct materials, verify job contents and counts. The Mail Inserter Operator is also responsible for identifying and escalating any potential issues which lead to inaccurate or otherwise incorrect mailings.

You will also participate in team cross-training learning how to operate other equipment and understand other processes.
What you must have:
Proven ability to read, write, and communicate in the English language.Ability to stand 95% of your shift and lift up to 40 pounds.Successful performance requires good vision including close vision for accurate attention to detail.Ability to work overtime when needed.
It would be great to have:
High school diploma or equivalentBasic computer skillsExperience in a fast paced, high volume production environment and understanding of production concepts.A team player that works well with others but can also work independently.
