you'll have the remarkable chance to contribute directly to the developmental growth of young children
diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). This role works in collaboration with a team of experts, including Board-Certified Behavior Analysts, Speech Therapists, and Occupational Therapists. It is an
entry-level role
and
does not require prior certification;
we provide complete training for this position.

Responsibilities
Offer
one-on-one developmental and behavioral support
to children aged 2-6 in a clinic environment, guided by science-backed, naturalistic therapeutic methods
Implement intervention plans
crafted by expert clinicians in behavior analysis, speech, and occupational therapy
Team up with the child's healthcare professionals to provide consistent, high-quality care
Qualifications
Previous experience with children aged 2-6, ideally in a professional capacity
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Computer and tablet literacy
Must have reliable transportation to both training location and local center. Punctuality is essential
Must be able to meet the following physical requirements: sit and stand frequently, shift positions quickly, lift up to 50 lbs., sit/kneel on the floor for extended periods of time, sit in a chair, stand, walk, and occasionally run short distances to catch up with a client
Preference for college graduates or people pursuing a college degree
