Great health benefits Employee owned 401k with match Strong bonusJob Details** MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN MUNICIPAL, K12, HIGHER EDU, REC CENTER, HEALTHCARE, AND/OR LIFE SCIENCE EXPERIENCE **A leading commercial general contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing large-scale commercial construction projects from inception to completion.Key Responsibilities: Execute, manage, and direct all facets of construction management and procurement processes for assigned projects Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and financial reports Manage Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) processes to ensure high-quality project delivery Lead and coordinate project teams, including subcontractors and consultants Collaborate with stakeholders to document project scope, deliverables, goals, risks, and success measures Develop and maintain successful client relationships for repeat business Communicate directly with company management, contractors, and designers regarding project scope, costs, staffing, and scheduling Prepare and negotiate client and consultant proposals, fees, schedules, and contracts Manage project budgets and financial reporting, interpreting and analyzing reports to ensure adherence to project budget Oversee timely invoicing and collections, including management of delinquent accounts receivables Provide leadership, expert counsel, and guidance to project teams Manage project team dynamics, morale, and motivation Coordinate staffing resources with the Operations DirectorQualifications: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field 15+ years of experience in commercial construction project management Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale commercial construction projects Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in project management software and MS Office suiteInterested in hearing more?
