We're looking for a kind and enthusiastic Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP) to join our team and make a real difference at our Intermediate Care Facility (ICF). Your responsibilities:- Ensure we're following all the right policies and regulations to provide the best care possible.- Lead the way in coordinating our active treatment programs, working hand-in-hand with our amazing interdisciplinary team.- Create personalized service plans (ISPs) that focus on the individual needs of each resident.- Manage both internal and external services, offering consultations to residents when needed.- Supervise our fantastic programming staff, fostering a warm and collaborative environment.- Oversee CNA interactions, encouraging positive and supportive connections between staff and clients throughout all programming activities.

Requirements:
Is this you?- A bachelor's degree in a related field (like social work, psychology, or rehabilitation). - One year experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. - At least one year of supervisor and/or leadership experience preferred - Strong communication and leadership skills that bring people together. - A genuine love for teamwork and collaboration with diverse professionals. - Familiarity with the industry regulations and best practices.
