Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented Senior UI/UX Designer and Developer to create exceptional user experiences for frontend web applications, enterprise systems, and interactive reports. This role involves collaborating with development teams, interacting with stakeholders, and providing creative vision for the entire user experience journey. The ideal candidate will have expertise in both UI/UX design and frontend development, with a user-centric approach to building dynamic applications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design user-friendly interfaces by creating wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and journey maps.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration of design and development processes.
• Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders to gather user research and align user personas with design strategies.
• Create user-centric web applications by combining innovative design and minor frontend development.
• Work independently on design processes and participate in agile team activities to support development workflows.
• Contribute to the design and development of interactive reports and dynamic enterprise systems.
• Provide creative vision throughout the user experience journey for ongoing applications.
• Utilize industry-standard tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or InDesign for UI/UX design.
• Perform minor frontend development tasks using JavaScript, React, and Material UI (MUI).
Required Qualifications:
• 3+ years of recent professional experience with UI/UX design using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or InDesign.
• 2+ years of recent professional experience with frontend UI development using JavaScript, React, or Material UI (MUI).
• Experience creating wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and journey maps.
• Strong ability to work independently on design processes while collaborating closely with development teams.
• Excellent communication skills and comfort interacting with stakeholders.
Education:
Bachelors Degree
