Senior Oracle Security Analyst

Fulltime- Must be able to go fulltime without sponsorship Location: Onsite 3-days a week in Minneapolis, Minnesota Salary: $110-140K

RESPONSIBILITIES

Work with end-users, other IT technical resources and/or Application Support to troubleshoot problems and resolve application security issues. Investigate solutions for Change Requests and present functional and technical options. These solutions could include modifications to the set up and configuration of existing modules, enhancements to modules, and/or implementation of new Application modules. Function as resident team expert for all Oracle application security issues within areas of expertise Evaluate user and departmental requests, gather business requirements and work with the appropriate teams to interpret requirements. Perform requirements analysis, functional and technical design specifications, utilizing current systems methodologies and tools. Work with other teams, as required, to make recommendations on efficient use of application features and capability to enhance the customer experience. Develop and maintain test plans and test scripts. Work with other teams, as required, to make recommendations on efficient use of Oracle Application features and capability to enhance the customer experience. Follow departmental standards and best practices as defined (i.e. development standards, application standards, naming conventions, etc.). Provide management with timely reporting as required. Understand the full suite of tools available to integrate application modules between other applications and/or vendors. Mentor team members on best practices related to current technologies, as required. Effectively work and build relationships with those of diverse backgrounds and organizational levels. All other duties as assigned. REQUIREMENTS AND EDUCATION

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, related field, or equivalent experience. Minimum five years' experience in IT. Experience with project management methodology including Scrum/Agile and Waterfall preferred. Experience and basic understanding of ITIL methodologies preferred. Experience in analytical, project management, and client facing work preferred. Working experience with the following preferred:

Oracle Fusion Cloud or Oracle EBS experience with Oracle ERP and HCM/Payroll applications Oracle application security - understanding job roles, data roles Ability to work with business on Persona requirements to create new application security roles Work with teams on Oracle Cloud patching, (Quarterly, Cumulative, etc.) Administer and enable profile settings, options, etc. with Oracle Fusion modules Oracle instance management - schedule refreshes, post refresh steps, work with multiple teams to manage non-prod environment's Detail oriented Administer security access via Oracle application security roles Review and identify data access conflicts where segregation of duties are required Security setups for BI Publisher reports Understand Oracle ESS (Oracle Enterprise Scheduler) jobs, Oracle ESS flow scheduling, monitoring, etc. Ability to research and trouble-shoot. Excellent critical thinking skills Run reports for Oracle security audits, monthly and quarterly Ability to respectfully challenge Microsoft Outlook Administration. Full implementation lifecycle, following SDLC or similar.
