Job Description
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Foster a high-level approach by which technology architecture and engineering efforts can be assessed from a control perspectiveProvide oversight and leadership on audit assurance reviews aimed at validating the controls by which applications and other technology solutions are designed, developed and deployedBuild strong relationships with the technology leadership team and other business partners, including Information Security and Technology Risk ManagementServe as primary point of contact for relevant stakeholders, leading business engagements while developing a deep understanding of their practices, portfolio, ongoing projects and longer-term plansOversee technology reviews within the applications and data practice as well as the cloud, cyber, infrastructure practicesOversee a team of 5-10 individuals, providing timely and candid feedback and coaching to staffMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant
Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environmentExtensive knowledge and experience in Data Analytics, Cybersecurity, AI, BlockChain, Cloud, Enterprise Technologies, etc.High-level knowledge of IT risks across applications, infrastructure and dataDirect experience within technology audit or technology risk at a complex organizationAbility to develop and maintain effective working relationships with executive management and external regulatorsExperience managing teams of skilled professionals - ability to recruit and maintain a high-performing teamExcellent communication (verbal, written, and listening) and interpersonal skills; strong writing skills, particularly as related to audit reports and management presentationsGood understanding of database management systems and related controlsExperience in a technology audit or related technology risk / technology development functionDegree in management information systems, engineering or a technology field is preferred. BA/BS is requiredStrong project management, organizational skills and presentation skillsUnderstanding of best practice control frameworks such as CoBIT, OWASP, ISO, ITIL and COSOWhat's on Offer
