My client is a prominent contract manufacturing and machining firm that serves the medical, aerospace, electronics, transportation, and testing sectors. They utilize cutting-edge equipment and machinery and are renowned for their commitment to high quality. They are looking for a new quality leader to come in and take control over their QMS and drive continuous improvement throughout the organization.
Job Description
The Quality Manager will be responsible for the following:
Corrective Action/Preventative ActionHandling customer complaints and customer auditsHandling audits in accordance with ISO 900: 2015Overseeing their established QMS and driving continuous improvementFirst piece warranty submissionPPAPCMM programmingGage calibrationMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant
A successful Quality Manager will have the following:
Experience in a custom machining environmentExperience with precision machining or stampingCMM programming experienceStrong CAPA background and handling customer complaintsExperience with Gage Calibration and GD&TStrong experience with the entire PPAP documentationExperience with a quality monitoring software system (Micronite would be a plus)What's on Offer
The offer for the Quality Manager is as follows depending on experience:
Up to $115k base salaryDiscretionary bonus anywhere form 3-6%BCBS Health Insurance401k MatchingFlexible PTO package
