Our innovative in-home wound management program is designed to improve healing outcomes and reduce costs, all while providing personalized care to our patients.We are currently hiring an experienced and motivated Account Executive, In-Home Wound Care to join our team and help us expand our reach in Philadelphia, PA by establishing referral partnerships with providers and positively impacting the health of wound care patients.The Account Executive will focus on the following:ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain strong referral relationships with physicians, healthcare professionals and organizations in the Philadelphia, PA area.Educate physicians and healthcare professionals about Esperta Health's services and the benefits of in-home wound careGenerate and follow up on leads to increase patient referralsCollaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategic growth plansAttend conferences and networking events to promote Esperta Health and expand our networkStay up to date with industry trends and competitor activitiesTrack and report on sales activities and outcomesRequirementsBachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related fieldMinimum of 3 years of experience in patient referral business development or salesMinimum of 3 years of experience calling on physician offices, focused on developing referral partnershipsAbility to meet weekly metricsProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong networking and relationship-building abilitiesSelf-motivated and able to work independentlyProficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM softwareValid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Philadelphia, PA areaResides in Philadelphia, PA Metro areaBenefitsCompetitive Base Salary + Monthly CommissionsHealth Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision)Retirement Plan (401k)Life Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D)Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays)Short Term & Long Term DisabilityTraining & Development
