Despite being a small company, there are substantial opportunities for growth and advancement, along with the chance to learn from the President and Owner, who have many years of extensive industry experience.Job DescriptionThe quality manager will be responsibe for the following:Develop and implement quality control systems, policies, and procedures to meet industry standards and customer expectations.Oversee daily quality control activities, including inspection, testing, and measurement processes.Conduct regular audits and inspections of manufacturing processes and products to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with specifications.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues, lead root cause analyses, and implement corrective and preventive measures.Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track quality metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.Train and mentor quality control staff on quality assurance procedures, product specifications, and measurement techniques.Work with suppliers to define quality requirements, conduct supplier audits, and resolve quality-related issues.Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory standards and certifications.Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in quality control practices, integrating best practices into the organization.Please apply below, if you're resume looks to fit in with the criteria.
