Title: DART CDL Bus Driver

Location(s): Routes available based in Kent & Kirkland WA

Work schedule: Monday through Friday during training. Multiple schedules available after training is completed

The career opportunity:

The Hopelink CDL Bus Driver provides safe, courteous, and on-time transportation to customers in vans, minibuses, or small buses, adhering to traffic regulations and maintaining schedules/routes. The driver communicates respectfully while providing excellent customer service to passengers.

We offer paid training!

Minimum requirements:

Be at least 21 years old Must hold a valid driver's license for at least five (5) years within the United States Be able to provide Proof of Permanent Residency.

Acceptable documentation includes:

US Passport US Issued Birth Certificate Permanent Resident Card Certificate of Naturalization Certificate of Citizenship Consular Report of Birth Abroad

Must be able to pass a DOT Medical Examination No suspensions or revocations of drivers license in the last three (3) years Hold, or have the ability to obtain a CDL Learner's Permit with Passenger Endorsements Examples of what you will be doing:

Provide safe, courteous, and on-time transportation to customers in vans, minibuses or small buses; adhere to traffic regulations. Communicate and interact with individuals of various backgrounds and abilities; communicate with dispatchers by radio and provides verbal and written reports. Assist and secure passengers; provide special assistance as needed, such as opening doors, operating wheelchair lift, escorting to buildings and the like. Maintain schedules on regular or special routes; collect fares, issue transfers; provide verbal information to the public regarding routes, schedule and transfer points; determine safest and most efficient routes to specific address. Inspect vehicle before and after operation; clean vehicle interior and exterior as needed; fuel and perform minor maintenance on vehicle. Maintain punctuality and regular attendance in order to provide dependable service to the public. How you will be compensated:

Hopelink is proud to provide meaningful paid time away from work and an affordable, comprehensive benefits package.

Compensation:

starting at $24.00 during training & increasing to $26.00 upon completion of training

New Hire Bonus:
