Serve as the primary technical point of contact between Caldera and developers building on our platformCreate and maintain technical documentation, tutorials, and implementation guides for Caldera chainsWork closely with the business development team to support customer onboarding and integrationTriage technical support requests, providing direct assistance for basic inquiries and coordinating with engineering for complex issuesMonitor and respond to developer questions about rollup implementation and best practicesGather and synthesize developer feedback to inform product improvementsRepresent Caldera at developer-focused events and conferencesCreate technical content that helps developers understand the benefits of Caldera's productsYou might be a fit for this role if you...Have 2+ years of experience in developer relations, technical writing, or developer support rolesHave hands-on experience with blockchain technology, particularly Layer 2 scaling solutionsAre excellent at explaining complex technical concepts clearly in both written and verbal formHave experience creating and maintaining technical documentationAre great at building relationships with technical stakeholdersHave strong problem-solving skills and can quickly understand and troubleshoot technical issuesAre comfortable working with APIs, SDKs, and developer toolsBonus points if you...Have direct experience with rollup technology (OP Stack, Arbitrum, zkSync)Have contributed to open-source projects, especially in the blockchain spaceHave experience with Solidity and EVM-compatible chainsHave built or supported developers building blockchain applicationsHave public speaking experience at technical conferences or eventsHave experience managing developer communities or programs
