Job Description
Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and milestones.Coordinate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders.Prepare and monitor project budgets, controlling costs while maintaining quality.Provide financial reports and forecasts.Lead and supervise construction teams, including subcontractors.Assign tasks and ensure safety compliance.Act as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders.Provide regular updates and manage expectations.Oversee inspections to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.Address any quality issues swiftly.Identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and enforce safety protocols.Ensure compliance with regulations.Negotiate contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.Manage vendor relationships and approve invoices.Maintain accurate project records and generate status reports.Ensure all necessary permits are secured and the project complies with legal requirements.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant
MUST have previous commercial project experience, interior renovations or ground upProficient in concrete and structural steel buildingStrong leadership skills to manage and motivate construction teams, subcontractors, and other personnel on the job site.Excellent communication skills to convey project expectations, updates, and changes to appropriate partiesAble to identify and resolve issues that may arise during construction, such as unexpected delays, design changes, or unforeseen obstacles.Understanding of construction methods, materials, and techniques, local building codes and regulations.Commitment to maintaining a safe work environmentTrack expenses & find cost-effective solutions to keep the project within budgetProficient in creating and managing construction schedules and ensuring that timelines are met.Familiarity with construction contracts, including the ability to interpret contract documents, negotiate terms, and enforce contract requirements.Capability to collaborate with various stakeholders, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and construction teamsSkill in resolving conflicts and disputes that may arise among team members on the job siteWhat's on Offer
