Summary of Position:
The Marketing Analyst Supervisor position is responsible for overseeing consumer promotion campaign metrics for their team of direct reports. They work with the client to establish campaign measurement procedures, KPIs and deliverables. The Marketing Analyst Supervisor conducts program and product performance analysis for specified brands and/or campaigns and oversees the deliverables of the team. The Marketing Analyst Supervisor is also responsible for building client relationships, being an avid problem solver and providing insights to optimize campaigns. The essential duties and responsibilities include the following.
Key Responsibilities and Attributes:
( The following positions report directly to the Supervisor: Account Coordinator, Account Executive, Sr. Account Executive)Pull data from various sources to compile and provide marketing recommendations and improvements to assigned client(s)Analyze pep data and compile high level trend insights to share with client teams for future plan implementation and improvements; Capture and publish learnings and best practicesUnderstanding of systems (Nielsen, iRI, Clearing House and/or other partner databases) to compute KPI baseline and set goals by brand and/or tacticPresent bi-annual/annual overarching coupon/promotions performance including:
Historical category/business unit performanceMarket & Industry trendsShopper BehaviorCompetitive trends
Stay up to date on industry news and trends, providing ongoing insights and recommendations to clientOversee individual campaign performance analysis for team. Review and validate recommendations for real-time and future optimizations.Knowledge/Skills Preferred:

4-year Bachelor's degree (marketing or management) and 3-5 years of promotion management experience OR an Associate's Degree and 5-7 years of promotion management experience with a 2.8+ GPA.CPG Experience or working closely with a CPG as a clientCoupon/consumer promotion experience preferredProven ability to analyze results and translate to actionable insights and recommendationsExperience presenting proposals and recommendations to clientsHighly proficient in Excel including building formulas, formatting, creating pivot tables, charts/graphs and potential automation.To perform this job successfully, an individual should have experience in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Power Point, and Excel.
