PeopleSoft Developer
to join our team The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in working with the team to design, develop, and optimize PeopleSoft applications, ensuring seamless integration with customer systems. You Will:
Work with a team of developers to design, develop, improve, implement, and maintain PeopleSoft applications, leveraging extensive expertise in PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interface, and other development tools.Design and implement integrations between PeopleSoft applications and Oracle databases, ensuring optimal data flow and performance.Leverage Oracle SQL and PL/SQL skills to create efficient database queries, stored procedures, and triggers.Customize PeopleSoft applications to align with specific organizational requirements, incorporating Oracle best practices.Conduct performance tuning and optimization of PeopleSoft applications interfacing with Oracle databases.Conduct thorough unit testing and support system and user acceptance testing, addressing and resolving issues promptly.Manage data migration processes, ensuring accurate and seamless transfer of data between PeopleSoft applications and Oracle databases.Collaborate with functional and technical teams to gather requirements, provide technical insights, and ensure successful project delivery.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain data integrity and consistency.Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, code documentation, and database architecture.Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality, error-free solutions.You Have:
Must be a United States Citizen.Must possess and maintain a Public Trust or Department of Defense (DoD) Secret Level Security Clearance.Security+ CertificateBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Extensive experience implementing global payroll in a complex ERP environment with heavy volume and disparate payee populationsExtensive experience designing and developing bolt-on earnings, deductions, and complex payroll business rules using delivered global payroll elements and frameworkExtensive experience troubleshooting global payroll processing issues and experience using delivered global payroll troubleshooting toolsExtensive experience implementing and supporting global payroll retroactive payroll processingExtensive experience extracting and analyzing payroll resultsProven experience developing PeopleSoft applications.In-depth knowledge of PeopleSoft software and the Oracle environment.Strong understanding of PeopleTools, Change Assistant, and other PeopleSoft update-related tools.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with meticulous attention to detail.Previous experience in a technical support role related to PeopleSoft updates is advantageous.Would love if you also have:
