What are the schedules like?
Monday - Friday our Member Advisors start as early as 8:45 or stay as late as 5:45Saturday hours: 8:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. and you can expect to work 2 Saturdays per month
What can you expect from orientation and training?
You'll participate in a paid orientation at our Westland Branch, located at 1747 South Newburgh Road, Westland MI 48186Following orientation you'll receive hands-on training with one of our experienced Member Advisors at the same location.

What are some of the responsibilities of a Member Advisor?
Our Member Advisors open new accounts for members such as Savings, Checking, Certificate of Deposits and Business accountsAssist the lending department in taking loan applicationsPromote financial health by explaining, promoting, and offering products and services that enhance our members' financial well-beingEfficiently handle financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and night/mail deposits for our membersThey keep an eye out for fraudulent transactionsUtilize technology as part of our digital first platform - using multiple computer programs to provide exceptional serviceFollows all necessary regulations to maintain security and compliance
