About the Role:The Manager of Advanced Analytics 1 oversees a team that provides advanced analytics and reporting services to stakeholders throughout the organization.This role involves planning, organizing, and managing analytics and reporting efforts to extract valuable insights from data, ultimately improving service utilization and organizational quality.Responsibilities
:
Serve as a trusted advisor to EDA leaders and client stakeholders to advance analytic department objectivesManage and train a team of analytics staffEnsure timely delivery of work and troubleshoot any issues or trends Collaborate with analytic leadership and service line owner to manage domain portfoliosDevelop and execute project plans on time, within scope, and on budgetDrive self-service utilization of analytic products and liaise with vendorsProvide progress reports to management and manage domain roadmapMaintain subject matter expertise in project management, data governance, and analytics within a healthcare environmentPerform other duties as required in a professional and courteous mannerEducation Qualification:
Experience in a healthcare organization presenting to all levels of management preferredStrong communication, strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills requiredExperience in project management and Agile methodologiesProficiency in Visio Excellent verbal and written communication skillsRequired Skills:
Strong communication skillsStrategic thinkingAnalytical and problem-solving skillsProject management experienceProficiency in MS Office SuiteAbility to work in a dynamic and ever-changing work environmentJob Requirement
