Job Description
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve product/service quality and operational efficiency. Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions. Prepare and present quality control reports and metrics to senior management. Managing the daily activity of quality staff including lead persons, auditors, label personnel and clerical positions. Maintain SPC (statistical process control) as a working tool in the plant Identify, measure and maintain key customer satisfaction measurements (OTIF, DI, Response time) Ensure that all federal and local UN, DOT, EPA and FDA regulations are being conformed to and that reporting is being kept up to date. Assist the plant manager with any issues regarding quality investigation or quality reporting Develop and implement the ISO conforming quality and documentation system. The Successful Applicant
Proven experience in quality assurance and safety. Familiarity with ISO 9001 and AS 9100 standards. Experience in PPAP preparation and conducting internal audits. Bilingual in Spanish and English. Experience in the powder coating industry. What's on Offer
Salary: $95,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience 401(k) with matching Dental, health, life, and vision insurance Paid time off - 4 weeks 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday
