Job Description
We are currently seeking a CRM Intern who will report to the CRM Manager as part of our dynamic team in New York.
Role Mission
This opportunity will allow you to gain experience within a luxury brand that will support you for your next endeavor and future career.
How you will contribute:Support Client Engagement with CRM Data, Tools, and InsightsSupport Client Engagement with Direct Marketing and ClientelingAssist with reporting and insightsAssist with data quality management activitiesAssist with email marketing validations and requestsAssist with clienteling campaigns, pulling client lists and asset requestsAssist with troubleshooting for Luce applicationAd-hoc seasonal projects + support on in-store activations as neededWho you are:
Detail-oriented and task-drivenMandatory proficiency in Microsoft ExcelBasic SQL skills or interest a plusPositive and proactive attitudeAble to work in a fast-paced environmentSuperb analytical and communication skillsStrong time management and organizational skillsAble to work in our NYC corporate officeAble to receive academic creditAvailable 24 hours a weekStudents MUST be able to receive academic credit for this paid internship.Salary- New York
Salary of $16.00/hr
