Marketing Manager

SummaryThe Marketing Manager will assist in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our marketing team, which consists of two marketing specialists and one marketing coordinator. You will play a critical role in branding initiatives, digital marketing efforts, and marketing strategies to enhance our market presence and support our corporate objectives.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Team Leadership:
Assist in supervising and mentoring a team of two marketing specialists and one marketing coordinator.Foster a collaborative and creative environment that encourages team development and high performance.
Project Oversight:
Manage the graphic designer's branding projects, ensuring alignment with company standards and marketing goals.Oversee the web specialist's digital initiatives, including website maintenance, SEO optimization, and online marketing campaigns.
Strategic Support:
Assist the Director of Marketing in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies for affordable and conventional communities as well as HOAs.Contribute to the creation of marketing pitches and proposals for potential new business opportunities.
Campaign Management:
Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Content Creation:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling content for marketing materials, social media, websites, and more.
Market Research:
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the multifamily housing industry.Utilize data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies and decision-making.
Brand Management:
Ensure consistency and quality of branding across all marketing platforms and materials.Support the development and enhancement of the company's brand identity.
Collaboration:
Work closely with other departments, including property management and corporate teams, to align marketing efforts with organizational goals

III. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESMay supervise other other members in the Marketing department, including but not limited to, Marketing Specialist and Marketing Coordinator.
IV. QUALIFICATIONS
Proven experience managing a team and overseeing marketing projects from inception to completion.Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and branding principles.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficient in marketing software and tools, including CRM systems, web analytics, and design software.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.Creative thinker with a passion for marketing and community engagement.V. EDUCATIONAL AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years experience in marketing, preferably in the multifamily or property management industry.VI. LANGUAGE/MATHEMATICAL/REASONING ABILITYAbility to generate reports and business correspondence. Effectively present information and respond to questions from clients, customers, and the general public. Must possess the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Must be able to apply common sense understanding and carry out instructions furnished written and verbally.

The employee may work in a highly mobile environment in the performance of the above duties and responsibilities. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
