Copart, Inc. is seeking an experienced and proactive Global Ethics & Compliance Program Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of relevant experience in program management, ideally in a global organization. This role requires an individual with deep attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to juggle competing priorities. This role is dedicated to supporting Copart's commitment to "act with integrity" and will report to the Chief Compliance Officer.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive compliance program systems that align with industry standards and regulatory requirements, including the hotline, learning management, and policy platform.Maintain data to support regular risk assessments to identify areas of compliance vulnerability and propose actionable solutions.Ensure organizational policies and procedures are updated to reflect regulatory changes, internal business priorities, and hotline reports.Coordinate training and guidance to employees at all levels on compliance-related issues, promoting a culture of ethics and integrity.Manage internal investigations processes and procedures, ensuring timely and thorough review, documentation, and appropriate action as needed.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote compliance awareness and ensure consistent application of compliance policies.At the direction of the Chief Compliance Officer, prepare draft reports to the executive team and board of directors regarding the status and effectiveness of compliance initiatives.Support benchmarking and gap analysis to advise on industry trends, best practices, and emerging risks in ethics and compliance.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Law or a related field.5-10 years of experience in compliance and ethics, risk management, or a related field.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with impeccable attention to detail.Proven ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.Strong skills with experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives.Highest ethical standards and a commitment to transparency and integrity.
