Job Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting, focusing on rehabilitation and recovery. Evaluate patients' physical conditions, assess their limitations, and develop personalized treatment plans. Implement therapeutic exercises and techniques to improve patients' mobility, strength, and functionality. Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques to perform at home to enhance recovery. Monitor patients' progress and modify treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care. Maintain accurate documentation of patients' conditions, treatments, and progress in compliance with regulatory standards. Utilize various modalities, including manual therapy, to treat musculoskeletal conditions effectively. Job Requirements: Current state license as a Physical Therapist (PT) in good standing. A minimum of 2 years of experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting. Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) is required. Strong knowledge of physical therapy techniques, equipment, and procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
