This is a (level II) Executive support position providing White Glove support at client global HQ office

IN PERSON ONLY• JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Will provide Executive support for pharmaceutical company at their global headquarters. Will support 45 execs and administrators. Will leverage Zoetis ITSM tool to document and escalate support incidents and requests by leveraging the "On Behalf of" to confirm Zoetis Executive team (ZET) members are not being sent IT Service Management email notifications; Provide a full range of desktop IDMAC services (Install, Decommission, move, add and change) for the Zoetis Executive team (ZET) and their Administrative Assistants; Support a broad spectrum of devices and services unique to the Zoetis Executive team. This includes devices such as
Desktop Pro, iPhone/iPad cellular connectivity devices, Zoom video and other audio and video components and services ; Provide assistance with mobility support related "how to" questions; Escalate, track, and manage unresolved issues to the appropriate ZTD Management and/or technical teams to confirm appropriate visibility is applied to the issue and/or request.• What are the TOP required skills
that candidates must have? Attention to detail, highly professional and superior customer service skills are required. Works well under pressure, mobile device experience (iPhone, iPad, conference room equip- projectors and webcam), familiar with office suite. Able to multi-task and prioritize issues as necessary; Knowledge of Zoetis Service Management and ITSM tool for incident and configuration management.•What will the work schedule be for this position? (M-F? 8-5? Overtime? On-call?): M-F 9a-6p 100% onsite no flexibility , No OT/OC• How many overall years of experience should this person have? At least 6• Do they need any specific certifications or education? A+ preferred
