POSITION SUMMARY:
The role of Business Intelligence Analyst will provide insight and guidance to develop and support business strategies, and drive future business growth through data, analytics and innovative technology.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
:
Understands and applies trends in analytics by utilizing learnings, insights, and recommendations to drive critical business growth objectives.Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Microsoft Power BI.Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business strategies.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and deliver appropriate BI solutions.Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular data audits and validation checks.Assist in the design and implementation of data warehousing solutions.Provide training and support to end-users on BI tools and data interpretation; embraces learning and shares knowledge across teams.Partners with technical teams to troubleshoot technical and performance issues.QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in business or related fieldOne (1) or more years of experience in analytics, business or related areaOne (1) or more years of experience in creating dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization toolsExperience with tools and concepts related to data and analytics, such as dimensional modeling, reporting tools, data governance, data warehousing, structured and unstructured data
