Job Summary
We're looking for an
SEO Manager
to drive and optimize the online presence of our brands and keep us top of mind and top of search. You'll be responsible for organic strategies across our portfolio, digging deep into technical SEO, content optimization, link building, local SEO and conversion rate optimization (CRO) to grow traffic and conversions.
Essential FunctionsDevelop and Execute SEO Strategies:
Lead the SEO strategy for some of the most well-known pest control brands, on page and off page SEO tactics to increase visibility and rankings.Technical SEO:
Perform audits, implement best practices and technical SEO across multiple sites, site speed, mobile responsiveness, indexing issues, schema markup, structured data and more.Content Optimization:
Optimize new and existing content, ensuring it's SEO friendly. Your expertise will create keyword rich, informative content that speaks to our audience and performs on search engines.Local SEO:
Own our local search presence by optimizing Google Business Profiles, managing citations and local SEO tactics for each brand's target areas.Link Building:
Develop and execute natural outreach and paid placement link building strategies to increase domain authority across our portfolio.Cross Functional Collaboration : Work with other teams and departments as well as other marketing team members to ensure all initiatives are aligned with SEO and growth goals.Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):
Analyze user behavior to optimize website elements and improve conversion rates across all brands.Project Management:
Manage multiple SEO projects at once, track progress, report results and adjust strategies to get the best results.Qualifications
Experience:
2+ years of SEO management experience, multi-brand or multi-site experience preferred, pest control or home services experience a plus.SEO Knowledge:
In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, on page SEO, off page SEO, local SEO and technical SEO.Tools:
Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog and WordPress, CallRail, Invoca.Content Optimization:
Ability to work with content writers to optimize articles, blog posts and landing pages for search intent, engagement and performance.Technical Skills:
Hands on experience with schema markup, structured data and WordPress.Link Building:
Ability to build both organic and paid links to increase site authority and visibility.Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):
Knowledge of CRO principles and practices.Project Management:
Ability to manage SEO projects, timelines and report on performance metrics.Team Player:
Ability to work across functions with other departments to align SEO initiatives with company goals.
