The Opportunity
The Digital Experience (DX) Marketing Analytics team is looking for a multifaceted, data-driven B2B Marketing Analyst with a strong blend of business knowledge and technical skills to evolve how we measure the impact of integrated marketing efforts. As an analyst with a focus on applications of modern approaches to ABM (Account-Based Marketing), you will be tasked with driving ABM performance and play a key role in creating new approaches to measure the impact of ***'s account-based initiatives. This job will require applying various analytical methods and tools to assist Marketing & Sales functions deliver growth in the digital experience segment.

In this team, we are tasked with discovering and communicating insights to our business partners by stitching together data to tell a cohesive story. We are passionate about diving deep into the data and building reporting solutions to help our partners scale efficiently.
What you'll Do
Conduct analysis with a focus on articulating the impact of account-based performance across marketing and sales engagements
Combine qualitative and quantitative insights to make recommendations to senior marketing leaders on campaign and program optimizations
Work cross-functionally with Data Engineering, Operations, Portfolio, and Demand Marketing teams to ensure campaign is executed and results are effectively delivered
Establish targets and benchmarks that articulate the impact of account-based initiatives to revenue
Create new metrics and methods that quantify impact of thought leadership campaign engagements to primary B2B KPIs
What You Need To Succeed
Degree in Marketing, Statistics, Finance, Computer Science or other relevant fields
Ability to translate asks from marketing partners into technical requirements to surface impactful end-state analyses and reports
Experience with SQL and Advanced Excel knowledge
Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills including talent for conducting research, analyzing data, developing hypotheses, and synthesizing recommendations
Highly entrepreneurial and able to operate independently with minimal direction
3+ years of experience in B2B subscription revenue environment, with a focus on optimizing the Account-Based Marketing motion
