We are now recruiting for an IT Help Desk Technician - Entry Level. Fulltime position.
Primary Responsibilities
Provide a first-level response to all computer hardware and software-related inquiries via multiple methods. Acknowledge and respond to tickets and escalate to appropriate teams and tiers as required. Provide additional support with Patching and Anti-virus updates and assist in the management of computer assets.
Skills and Personal Characteristics
Be detailed oriented, and self-motivatedBe highly ethical and have a high degree of personal integrity.Ability to troubleshoot issues in a logical manner.Ability to collaborate in a team environment.Possess good communication skills and interpersonal skills: the ability to interact with customers, vendors and all levels of employees throughout the company in a positive, appropriate manner.Have obtained an Associate degree or one or more of the following industry certificates:CompTIA A+Microsoft CertificationTechnical School CertificateRelevant Work ExperienceMain Tasks
Respond to incoming tickets, completing and tracking issues in a timely fashion.Document new information in detail to the internal knowledge base.Triage, diagnose, and resolve computer hardware and software issuesIdentify common issues and escalate them to managementManage Antivirus and respond to alerts. Check on risk issuesProvide support for remote employeesInstall hardware/software, and windows patches along with Anti-Virus updates.Create and manage employee active directory, email and phone system accountsHandle onboarding/offboarding tasks
