Job Description
Traveling throughout the southeast, preference for someone based out of NashvilleLead and manage on-site construction activities for buildout and mixed interior projects, including tenant improvements and renovations.Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and labor crews to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement timely solutions to maintain schedules and budgets.Conduct regular site inspections to assess work quality and ensure adherence to design and engineering specifications.Collaborate with project managers, architects, and clients to communicate project updates and address any concerns.Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, change orders, and budget tracking.Foster a positive work environment and ensure effective communication among team members and stakeholders.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
