Job Description
Support Operational Risk Management (ORM) through planning, procedure development, and updates, as well as reporting.Continuously monitor Operational Risk across key areas such as accounting, clearing, parameter management, business continuity, and daily operations.Perform regular or ad-hoc business operation assessments as needed.Analyze Operational Risk data, prepare reports, and recommend risk mitigation strategies.Assist in the design, implementation, and management of the Operational Risk Management system.Contribute to the development and management of the Accounting Archive system.Support department data governance initiatives, including providing guidance to data stewards and custodians, reviewing deliverables, and ensuring follow-up on BAU activities.Handle additional tasks and assignments as delegated by the department head.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. Ability to read and interpret operational and procedural documentation.Capable of writing routine reports and correspondence.Strong communication skills, with the ability to speak effectively to employees within the organization.Fluency in both spoken and written Chinese is Mandatory.Demonstrates accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.Committed to maintaining confidentiality.Skilled in speaking clearly and persuasively, even in challenging situations.Accessible and available to staff when needed.Focuses on process, product, and service improvements.Continuously works to enhance supervisory and leadership skills.
