About The Role
We are expanding and looking for a dedicated Site Administrator to join our team in Greenwich, CT.
This role offers a salary of $55,000-$65,000 plus $2,500 quarterly bonus!
The hours for this role are Monday-Friday from 7:30am to 4:00pm.
The Site Administrator will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety standards, supporting site staff, and handling administrative duties. This role is crucial in maintaining an efficient and well-coordinated work environment on-site. Please note this role may require being on call on evenings or weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to sire managers and project teams, including document control, purchase orders, and data entry.Coordinate site logistics, including deliveries, waste management, and contractor access.Monitor and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on-site, maintaining accurate records.Assist with on-site inductions, ensuring all workers and contractors adhere to sire rules and safety protocols.Manage site communication, including daily briefings and updates to project teams.Support project management with progress tracking and reporting.About You
What You Will Bring To The Team:
Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within construction or facilities management.Proven organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.Familiarity with mobile devices & software, along with confidence in Microsoft Office.An understanding of construction site operations and health and safety regulations is a plus.Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with site teams and contractors.
