As a Systems Support Analyst, you'll work closely with IT management to plan, organize, and implement IT solutions, responding to inquiries and support requests from our users with a strong focus on customer service and client interaction. This role is ideal for someone who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, has excellent problem-solving skills, and enjoys building relationships with both clients and internal teams.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in IT or related field or equivalent experienceValid Texas driver's license and professional appearanceProven experience in managing and supporting PCs and peripheral devices within a networked environmentAbility to understand and follow technical documentationKey Responsibilities:
Respond to and document support requests, prioritize in Service Desk Plus, and troubleshoot user issues effectivelyProvide remote and onsite support as needed, using RealVNC for remote accessAssist IT team on projects as directed by managementProcure and track computer and printer hardware, maintaining documentation on technology assetsManage user accounts (Windows, Outlook) and application credentials across employee lifecycleConfigure, install, and maintain PCs, peripheral hardware, printers, and network devicesSupport the McCombs IT Support Line for three days each week, handling phone and email requests, opening tickets, and assigning to appropriate support staffServe as the primary IT contact for one dealership location, identifying needs and ensuring effective follow-up on solutions
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Proficiency with Microsoft products and business-use PC, laptop, and tablet technologyFamiliarity with network configurations in a Windows environmentAbility to follow and execute technical instructionsEffective use of security, network management, and collaboration softwareStrong interpersonal skills for both in-person and remote interactionsSelf-motivated, organized, and capable of multitasking
