Claims/Permit Administrator
Responsibilities :
Ensure timely reporting and claims management for workers' compensation, general liability, and property related incidents.Manage new claim intake/submissions for multiple regional locations.Interface with Team Members and external parties on claims related matters.Assists with investigation of accidents, and injuries, and cooperates in the preparation of material and evidence for the organization use in court hearings, lawsuits, and insurance investigations.Manage Workers' Compensation Claims and coordinate with Human Resources on an early Return-to-Work process.Work with carrier adjusters and third-party administrators to effectively manage and close claims.Prepare Loss Runs for management review.Manage restaurant business license and permits that may include liquor, health, sign, remodel, certificate of occupancy, trash disposal with local authorities.Apply and track license/permit application approvals, renewals, and timely payment processing.Review license/permit documents and letters and appropriately file and/or direct to appropriate Team Members to be addressed.Base Salary $75,000Qualifications :
Microsoft Office skills (Proficient with Excel, Word, and Outlook).Prior insurance claims experience preferred.Office/Customer service experience.Strong analytical, organizational, and multi-tasking skills.Detail-oriented, effective communication and phone skills.Ability to independently prioritize work, follow procedures and take action to complete daily tasks.
