We are looking for a highly organized, independent, and detail-oriented Sales Director to join our growing US office.
As a Sales Director at our company, you will lead efforts to expand our programmatic advertising sales across the US market. Your primary focus will be selling our proprietary data and advertising solutions, including curated PMPs, cookieless targeting strategies, and behavioral intelligence tools. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth by building relationships with key decision-makers at brands, agencies, and platforms
Key Responsibilities
Drive revenue growth through the company's programmatic media solutions, focusing on PMPs, contextual and behavioral intelligence, unique creative solutions and cookieless targeting. Build and maintain strategic relationships with senior decision-makers at agencies and brands to ensure the company's data and technology solutions are integral to their media strategies. Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and manage post-sale relationships to drive repeat business and account growth. Work closely with product, insights, and trading teams to tailor innovative solutions to clients' needs, leveraging the company's unique audience insights and technology stack. Stay ahead of market trends, competitive dynamics, and the evolving adtech landscape. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and generate new business opportunities. Experience and Skills Requirements
Extensive experience in programmatic media sales, with a deep understanding of selling premium data solutions, custom creative, and PMP products. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets within adtech or related industries. Strong relationships with brands and agencies (both Holdco and independent) in the New York and broader US market. Expertise in cookieless targeting, audience segmentation, and behavioral intelligence technologies. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to navigate complex sales cycles and close high-value deals. What We Offer:
