Litigation Paralegal

Leading national law firm is seeking a Litigation Paralegal with at least five years of law firm experience for a newly created, permanent position in their Atlanta office. You will join a successful team and assist with commercial litigation matters.Key Responsibilities of Litigation Paralegal include:Conducting legal researchManaging calendars and deadlinesAssisting with discovery processesPreparing deposition and trial materials and summaries, including notebooksDrafting and organizing various legal documentsCreating and maintaining case chronologiesReviewing documents and evidenceInterviewing witnessesDeveloping organizational tracking systems for large document collectionsE-filing with courtsPreparing for and attending depositions, arbitrations, trials, and hearingsQualifications:Minimum of five years of litigation paralegal experienceTrial preparation experience required, not required but helpful is trial attendance experienceExcellent organizational and communication skillsAbility to prioritize, manage critical deadlines, and multitask effectivelyProficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with litigation support softwareBenefits:Medical, dental and vision, 401(k), annual profit-sharing contribution20 days of PTO for the first 5 years, increases after thatCompetitive salary based on experience, generous annual bonusesPaid parkingIf you meet the qualifications and are interested in learning more about this opportunity, we'd love to talk with you!
