Randstad is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support top-level executives within a major functional area for a large tech company. This role will involve managing highly confidential and sensitive tasks, ensuring smooth communication, and enhancing customer relations through professional and efficient service. The ideal candidate will be proactive, adaptable, and comfortable interacting with customers at all levels.
salary: $22 - $24 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School
Responsibilities
Perform a variety of administrative tasks, including preparing documents, making travel arrangements, and coordinating meetings and events for executives.
Act as a liaison between executive leadership and external parties, including high-level customers and partners.
Assist in planning and executing customer events, both onsite and on rare occasions through travel.
Provide support to HR, Legal, and other functional areas as needed.
Guide and instruct new support staff, demonstrating best practices in administrative support.
Compose and release correspondence independently, as authorized by executive leadership.
Utilize advanced skills in spreadsheet and database software to produce and manipulate data for reports.
