Job Description

The Technician will be responsible for building and repairing laser printers. This role demands a detail-oriented individual with significant experience in mechanical and electrical assembly, diagnostics, and quality inspection. The candidate may be working with PCBs and PCBAs, employing various inspection tools and troubleshooting techniques to ensure optimal performance of each unit.

Skills and Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Technical certification or associate degree in electronics, mechanical engineering, or a related field preferred.

Minimum of [5] years of experience in assembly and repair of mechanical and electrical products.

Proven experience working with PCBs and PCBAs preferred.

Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and schematics.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Ability to use a variety of inspection tools for quality assurance.

Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.

Must have the ability to communicate effectively using oral and written methods, as well as understand written instructions

Some computer proficiency is required for training and accessing/entering production information

Basic math and measurement skills required

Safety and Environmental Impact are important to us, so adherence to our policies and procedures is critical

Ability to work as part of a team or independently is desired Prior experience in a manufacturing or high-tech environment.

Familiarity with laser printers or similar equipment.

Experience in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies. null
