This includes adding materials in the correct amounts and at the right times, monitoring temperatures, mixtures, and chemical reactions, and taking samples at scheduled times to ensure consistent, high-quality batches. Once the batch passes quality control, the operator will package the finished product properly.Responsibilities:Record Data & Follow Orders: Accurately record batch data and submit to the shift leader to ensure inventory accuracy.Operate Equipment: Efficiently run PLCs, recipe systems, and equipment, adding raw materials and monitoring temperatures to complete quality batches on schedule. Minimize scrap and rework.Troubleshoot Issues: Identify and resolve equipment or process problems to prevent production delays or material loss.
