This is a full-time position, and requires a TS/SCI/Full Scope Polygraph Clearance.2HB Incorporated is seeking a Systems Engineer in order to support its government customers in Mclean, VA.The US Government’s (USG) office provides support to all missions and users navigating the challenges of the internet. The USG requires support specializing in the development and maintenance of a risk framework. The work may be performed independently or within a team environment. The Sponsor needs skills in integration, engagement, and execution while managing a moderate to heavy workload. Work will include meeting with stakeholders, defining user needs and requirements, and integrating a risk framework in a complex and evolving environment.Work Requirements

The Candidate shall:Work closely with governance, technology, and other technical and specialized teams while being able to integrate, organize, and communicate large volumes of data.Assess and validate the internet systems requirements and solutions, and its characterization across USG organization.Translate business requirements into technical solutions, develop evaluation CONOPS, coordinate customer and stakeholder meetings.Assess and validate risk management controls, questionnaire, and lexicon across USG organization.Finesse large amounts of data into manageable interfaces.Communicate effectively across Sponsor organizations.Provide Operations and Maintenance (O&M) and content management support for USG’s internal risk management framework.Develop data models, diagrams, flow charts, and other system engineering related documentation to problem solve, identify improvements, create standards and facilitate cross-organizational collaboration.Leverage multiple data management tools such as Palantir and link analysis to organize relevant information and make decisions.Apply an agile approach to software development consistent with the Sponsor’s project management and software development frameworks with a focus on demonstrating and delivering releasable software every iteration.Required Skills and Demonstrated Experience:

Demonstrated experience assessing risk, impacts and developing contingencies to mitigate those issues related to the Internet.Demonstrated experience analyzing structured and unstructured data and streamlining business process; making customized algorithms and data modeling.Demonstrated experience working with risk frameworks.Demonstrated experience with data visualization and link analysis.Demonstrated experience performing strategic systems planning.Demonstrated experience developing and implementing logical workflows for complex decision matrices.Demonstrated experience completing various forms of communications for executive, technical and mission audiences.Demonstrated experience in making logical, fact-based informed decisions about mission internet technology solutions and their usage.Demonstrated experience identifying technology opportunities and gaps in technical capabilities and process.Demonstrated experience with time management and working on multiple initiatives.Demonstrated experience evaluating and developing strategies to solve complex system engineering challenges in a cross-organizational environment.Highly Desired Skills and Demonstrated Experience:

Demonstrated experience with Agile frameworks.Demonstrated experience using Tableau.Demonstrated experience with the USG regulations governing, or related to, the management of sub-compartmented dissemination programs.Demonstrated experience processing and integrating large amounts of information in an organized and comprehensible manner.Demonstrated experience identifying and validating requirements from user stories and engagement.Demonstrated experience collaborating with USG staff, IT customers and other technical and non-technical staff and contractors at all levels.
