Contract and Legal Specialist II
to provide business and legal support to Segra's Enterprise Sales, Carrier Sales, and Operations teams with a focus on all types of contractual and other documents related to sales, vendor, and certain real property matters.Required Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years of experience in business transactions and/or contracts.Bachelor's degree or related years of experience (4+ years)Preferred Qualifications:JD or MBA is preferred.Superior writing and oral communications skills.Keen attention to detail.Excellent computer skills with high levels of competency in all Microsoft applications and Adobe Professional; excellent Internet skills; ability to learn and be proficient in company-specific computer systems.A strong sense of urgency; ability to prioritize and manage deadlines while juggling multiple customers and projects.Efficiently gather information, problem solve, plan and organize.Devise logical approaches and make suggestions to address complex issues.Recognize and treat with discretion confidential materials and documents.Ability to work independently along with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with business colleagues.Sound judgment.About United Private Networks (UPN):Unite Private Networks (UPN) provides fiber-optic communications infrastructure services to schools, governments, carriers, data centers, hospitals, and enterprise business customers.
